Physical Software Return Policy. Opened software are not returnable. Unopened software, after 10 days of receipt of product, is also not returnable. All licensing sales are final. Defective software may be returned within 10 days of invoice date only for exchange of the same title or store credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Electronic Download Software (ESD), All licensing, product keys, serial numbers or activation codes sales are final. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the software purchased meets their Pc's system requirements Defective software may be returned within 10 days of invoice date only for exchange of the same title or store credit. It is the customers responsibility to download the Electronic Download Software once it has been issued and make sure it functions correctly and isn't defective. You have 10 days to exchange it or ask for store credit unless the return policy or warranty states otherwise. Please check the product(s) ad page. Electronics Return window is 30 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to Return Merchandise or Replace Items.
Products may be approved for return by our technical support division if reported to us within the first 10 days after receipt of shipment, and only after support from the original manufacturer has been received. The return must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, registration card(s) and software. Original shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. We will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges to you on replacement or exchange products. All late, non-defective, and/or incomplete returns are subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.
Technology and Business Machines
Technology and business machines — such as computers, digital cameras, printers and tablets — may only be returned within 90 days of the date of receipt, including brand technology and business machine products
Apple Care+
Customers who purchased an Apple Care+ Protection may return Apple Care within 30 days to receive a full refund. All requests to cancel Apple Care+ beyond 30 days must be directed to Apple to receive a pro-rated refund.
Ink and Toner Cartridges
Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges, currently carried in our U.S. stores, may be returned at any time for a full refund.
Prepaid Cards
Gift cards and phone cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. They are valid only at the retailer/service provider listed on the card. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Specific terms and conditions are included with each card.
Returns with a Receipt
If you paid: with cash, debit card, and you have your receipt, we'll refund your purchase. In store using a debit card, and if the card and PIN code are present during the refund, we'll credit the account used for payment. Any product that's returned without a promotional item(s) that was included in the original transaction (e.g., buy a printer, get free ink), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded. Any return of product that included a promotional gift card in the original transaction (e.g., buy a printer, get free gift card), will have the value of the promotional gift card deducted from the amount refunded as gift cards cannot be returned. For purchases made online or over the phone with multiple methods of payment, the refund will be processed in the following order: ,major credit card, prepaid credit card (bank-issued gift card), check and gift card. It's important to keep your prepaid credit card until you're completely satisfied with your purchase as we are required to process the refund to the original method of payment.
OPEN BOX POLICY
Open-Box products are returned by customers, served as store display models, or were opened for inspection due to package damage. They are tested to assure proper function. Call store for specific warranty and return policy questions. Open box items are tested to function properly, but may be missing parts. Open Box items can be returned for a refund within 90 days of your invoice date. We do not provide a replacement option due to the fact that we cannot control or predict our supply of Open Box items. Open Box items usually do not come with manufacturer warranty support, unless otherwise indicated
Late Fees
You agreed prior to checking out If any portion of your bill is not paid by the due date, The Express Liquidation Store may charge you a late fee on unpaid balance. The late fee will be the lesser of 1.5 % per month, or the highest rate permitted by law. If The Express Liquidation Store uses a collection agency or legal action to recover monies due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses we incur to recover such monies, including attorneys' fees. If you fail to pay on time and The Express Liquidation Store refers your account(s) to a third party for collection, a collection fee will be assessed and will be due at the time of the referral to the third party. The fee will be calculated at the maximum percentage permitted by applicable law, not to exceed 18 percent.
