Eligible items

Tangible goods: Physical products like clothing, electronics, and household items.

Intangible goods: Digital products, services, event tickets, and hotel reservations.

Custom-made items: Purchases of custom-made items are eligible for extended protection.

Ineligible items and services

Real estate: This includes residential property.

Vehicles: Motorcycles, aircraft, and boats are generally ineligible, though some recreational items like bicycles are exceptions.

Financial products: Any financial products or investments are not eligible.

Items equivalent to cash: This includes gift cards and stored-value items.

Businesses: Buying or investing in a business is not covered.
